What is the Color of Hope?

  • Various live and silent auction rounds
Purpose
  • Funds raised will assist orphans and school children in Haiti, Kenya, and India who are supported by Global NIM
What art will be featured?
  • Original works from local and national artists including:
                Tulsa artists Roger Disney, Michele Clancy and others
                Shawnee artist Julie Blackstone
           International Award-Winning Artist Nurlan Abishev (Kazakhstan)
  • PLUS art and handmade crafts created exclusively for this event by the orphan and school children themselves










    Why an art auction?
    To celebrate the God-given creativity and talent of the artists, and allow the international orphans and schoolchildren who will benefit from the auction to participate in the fun.



    Other details...
    • Arts and crafts made by the children will generally be sold at fixed prices; however, some of the children’s work, along with the other pieces, will be bid on through Silent or Live Auction. (Details provided on a flyer available at the entrance.)
    • Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided, in part, by Mom & Me Catering and Kaffe Bona!
    • Tulsa Harp Guitarist Joesf Glaude will serenade us with inspiring selections

    Dheeraj and Hemalatha of India have found a warm home at Santhosa Samsara (Orphanage) in Bangalore after surviving religious persecution in the state of Orissa.



    Ashish (aka "Dancing Ashish") has so much more energy after finding nourishment and love at Santhosa Samsara Orphanage in Bangalore, India.


    Youvika Dieu from Haiti - Despite the trauma of surviving a violent earthquake, you cannot take her smile away!
     A young Haitian child who attended VBS put on by our partner, Pastor Ezena, in Les Anglais.

      I have long felt a special connection with herbal medicine.
